St. Ives Triple Butters Creamy Vanilla Body Wash
Being without my usual Body Shop Shower Gels (they are in the UK) I decided to buy something else and I haven't used anything from a supermarket in quite a while.
I saw this on the shelf at Supervalue and it was on special. I love the Vanilla scent so I decided to give this brand a go, it's a whopping big 400ml and I think I paid under NZ$6 for it which is a bargain!
What I like about this product: the scent, product size, 3 moisturising butters, a 100% natural moisturiser, hypo-allergenic, formulated without Parabens, Phthalates and Dermatologist Tested.
I wet one of those new Body sponges before applying the shower wash and it lathered really nicely. The scent was nice on my skin, it felt clean and soft and it's one of those scents that's not too strong.
The only thing I dislike about this product is I like a thicker consistency (this feels more like a runny shampoo) but apart from that I like it and I would definitely think about buying other St. Ives products in the future and if I couldn't get hold of my fave Body Shop Shower Gels, then I'd give this one another go or buy a different scent from this brand. I think this one is going to last quite a while.
Do you prefer a bar of soap, or do you prefer shower gels, body washes, or foaming shower soaps?
