Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery*
Standard Shipping:
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date. Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, depending on product availability. Please note that orders with engraving or gift wrap may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes and known freight forwarders will be delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
2nd Day Shipping:
Orders shipped via 2nd Day Shipping are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. 2nd Day orders placed by 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 2nd Day Shipping.
Overnight Shipping:
Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day, depending on product availability. Please note: All orders are processed & shipped on business days, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

We cannot ship orders to locations outside the United States and its territories at this time.

Shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. Please note, Overnight Service may not be available for some remote destinations.
A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and Second Day shipments. Expedited orders containing products that are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped on the next business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.
Please note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we’re happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.
Products purchased from balmainbeauty.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. We accept returns for products purchased from balmainbeauty.com only, and all returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.
- Returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s).
- Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed.
- For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Refunds issued to a credit card can take up to 7-10 business days to post to your account. If another payment method was used, please reach out to that payment provider or financial institution for more information.
- Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of Balmain Beauty Online. If issued in these instances, Balmain Beauty Online has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of a refund check.
- If you ship back any portion of a final sale order, Balmain Beauty Online is not obligated to ship the items back to you or refund any part of your order.
Please also note:
- Balmain Beauty Online monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.
- If items that are ineligible for a return are sent back to Balmain Beauty Online, those items will not be mailed back to you.
- Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.
- Items noted as ‘final sale’ or ‘not returnable’ are not eligible for exchange or return.
- If you would like to return or exchange an item you received as a gift, please chat with us. Promotional items, final sale items, or products purchased somewhere other than balmainbeauty.com are not eligible for return online.

The BALMAIN BEAUTY Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on BALMAINBEAUTY.com may be returned.

PRINT IT
Print the free return label from your email. Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
SHIP IT
Take the package to any UPS location or request a pickup by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS (subject to UPS fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.
EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
If you would like to exchange a product(s), simply return the eligible unwanted product(s). A refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. You may place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase at any time.
DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance via phone at 1-877-3883. If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of the damage, handle with care to take a photo of the damaged item(s), and then safely discard the damaged content. Please note that in order for us to process a claim of lost, missing, wrong, and/or damaged items and/or packages, you must alert us within 30 days of receipt. BALMAINBEAUTY.com reserves the right to deny claims received after 30 days.
